Sneaky Heat Spicy Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup Uncle Jay’s Premium Sneaky Heat hot sauce
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the shrimp on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle with Uncle Jay’s Premium Sneaky Heat hot sauce and serve with lime wedges.
